First to Fly Drone Services LLC was founded by Carlos Escudero, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and MBA candidate based in Cypress, Texas. What started with a passion for flight and a commitment to excellence has grown into a focused aerial services company serving the Greater Houston area.
With a background in finance, business intelligence, and military leadership, Carlos brings a level of discipline and professionalism to every flight that clients can count on. First to Fly specializes in construction site aerial documentation and real estate photography — delivering high-quality visuals that help builders track progress, market properties, and make better decisions.
