Our Story

First to Fly Drone Services LLC was founded by Carlos Escudero, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and MBA candidate based in Cypress, Texas. What started with a passion for flight and a commitment to excellence has grown into a focused aerial services company serving the Greater Houston area.

With a background in finance, business intelligence, and military leadership, Carlos brings a level of discipline and professionalism to every flight that clients can count on. First to Fly specializes in construction site documentation, real estate photography, and FPV fly through video, delivering high-quality visuals that help builders track progress, help agents and businesses market their spaces, and help every client make better decisions.
